CRM data is often messy. You get a name and an email, but not much else. That makes it hard to qualify leads, personalize outreach, or decide who your team should talk to first.
Breeze Intelligence fixes that by filling in the blanks automatically. It enriches your contact and company records with details like job titles, company size, revenue, and more—so you don’t have to do it by hand.
In this post, we’ll walk you through how Breeze makes your CRM smarter, faster, and more useful—so your team can spend less time managing data and more time closing deals.
Most CRMs start with just the basics: a name, an email address, maybe a phone number. That’s not enough to understand who your leads are or how likely they are to buy.
To get the full picture, someone on your team has to go searching—checking LinkedIn, Googling company details, copying and pasting info by hand.
That takes time. A lot of time. In fact, sales reps spend only 28% of their time selling, the rest of the time they’re just entering data manually. That’s time they’re not spending talking to leads or closing deals.
And even when your team does track down the info, it doesn’t stay fresh for long. Job titles change. Companies grow. Old data becomes outdated fast. So you’re stuck in a cycle of always updating things—unless you have a better way.
Breeze Intelligence makes CRM data actually useful by enriching it automatically. That means it finds missing information and fills it in for you—no manual work needed.
With Breeze, you can add over 40 different details to your records, like a company’s industry, revenue, number of employees, or a contact’s job title and LinkedIn profile. It even pulls in recent company news or what tech stack a business uses.
All of this happens behind the scenes. When a new lead enters your CRM—say, through a form—Breeze instantly enriches the record. You get a full profile without lifting a finger. It also keeps your old data fresh by updating existing records when new info becomes available.
When your CRM data is clean, complete, and always up to date, your team can make faster, smarter decisions. You know which leads to prioritize, what kind of messages to send, and when to follow up. That kind of insight can directly improve how your business grows.
Here’s how enriched data from Breeze Intelligence turns into real results:
Not all leads are created equal—but without good data, it’s hard to tell who’s worth your time. Breeze makes lead scoring easy by automatically pulling in details like job role, company size, and revenue.
When a new lead enters your CRM, Breeze can instantly score them based on over 40+ attributes—like company size, industry, revenue range, and job seniority. You set the rules, and Breeze does the rest.
Leads that match your ideal customer profile are flagged right away, so your sales team knows who to contact first.
That means your sales team isn’t wasting time on leads that won’t go anywhere. Instead, they’re focusing on the ones most likely to convert. Companies that use lead scoring report up to 77% higher ROI on their lead generation efforts.
Asking too many questions on your forms can hurt conversions. But when you rely on short forms, you often don’t get enough context to qualify leads.
Breeze solves this by enriching lead data right after form submission. You can ask for just a name and business email, and Breeze will automatically fill in missing fields like job title, company name, location, tech stack, number of employees, and more.
This gives your marketing team a complete picture of each lead, without adding friction to the form.
When you know more about a lead, your message can be more personal—and more effective. Businesses that use advanced personalization techniques can increase sales by 40% more.
Breeze pulls in data like a contact’s role, company social media profiles, recent funding rounds, or even current technologies used by the business. This helps your team create outreach that feels thoughtful and relevant, not generic.
With Breeze enrichment, marketing and sales teams can build email campaigns and dynamic landing pages that adjust to each lead’s profile.
Instead of spending hours digging through LinkedIn and company websites, your team gets a complete view of each contact and company the moment they enter your CRM. Breeze even enriches existing records continuously, so your database stays fresh and reliable over time.
This means you’re not just working faster—you’re also making decisions based on current, accurate info. Whether you're qualifying inbound leads, segmenting your audience, or routing leads to the right sales reps, Breeze makes the process smarter and simpler.
Breeze Intelligence works in the background, but you still have full control over how it enriches your data. Once it’s set up, you don’t have to touch it again—Breeze will automatically fill in missing details and keep your contact and company records up to date.
Here’s how to get started, step by step:
First, decide if you want Breeze to automatically enrich new leads as they come in. These could be added through forms, integrations, or manual entry. In your HubSpot settings, you can turn on the option to automatically enrich newly created records.
This means as soon as someone submits a form or enters your CRM, Breeze will scan for any missing fields and populate them with the latest data.
You can also choose to enrich imported records automatically—so when you upload a list of contacts or companies in bulk, Breeze can fill in the blanks there, too.
Over time, people switch jobs, companies grow, and your data becomes outdated. Breeze can fix this with continuous enrichment.
Once turned on, this setting lets Breeze check your existing records regularly and update them when new, better information is available. You’ll always have the most accurate data—without needing to re-import or review anything manually.
If you want more control, you can also choose to allow manual enrichment. This means you or your team can open a single contact or company record and choose which fields to enrich—perfect if you’re working on a high-priority lead.
You can also enrich multiple records at once from your contacts, companies, or lists pages in HubSpot. Just select the records you want, review how many enrichment credits you'll use, and Breeze will handle the rest.
To make sure only the right people can enrich data, you’ll need to manage user permissions. Any user who wants to run enrichments will need either Super Admin access or special permission to enrich records.
You can change these settings by going into your HubSpot account’s Users & Teams section and updating each person’s access under the "Enrich records" option.
Want to see what’s been updated? You can check the enrichment history on any contact or company record. Just click into a record, go to the timeline under the “Activities” tab, and filter for enrichment. You’ll see what was added, when it happened, and where the data came from.
You can also filter your database by records that “Have been enriched” to quickly find which contacts or companies already have the latest data.
Keeping your CRM data clean and useful doesn’t have to be a manual job. Breeze Intelligence gives your team the info they need—automatically—so you can spend less time managing records and more time turning leads into revenue.
With better data, you can score leads faster, write more personal emails, and improve your conversion rates from the very first touchpoint. And because Breeze works quietly in the background, your data stays fresh without the extra effort.
