Origin63's CEO, Sam Anderson, delivered a sold out education session titled "How Customer Support Can Unlock Your Next Marketing Campaign." The session's popularity led to an encore presentation “Customer Support Unlocks Marketing Campaigns” on Friday, September 20, to accommodate more attendees.

 

Anderson, partnering with Daniel Zarick from Arrows, shared valuable insights on how businesses can use customer service to fuel their marketing. They covered practical tips on turning happy customers into advocates and using customer feedback to shape marketing strategies.

 

“Customer support isn’t just about solving problems—it’s a growth opportunity,” Sam explained.

They also imparted the wisdom to “Listen, act, listen,” reminding business leaders that success comes from not only responding to customer needs but continuously seeking feedback and adapting to maintain strong relationships and drive growth.
